Founded in 1994, Jane Cosmetics features trendy makeup products at affordable, low prices. Listed in PETA's Cruelty Free Shopping Guide, Jane Cosmetics does not test its products on animals, according to its website. Owned by Patriarch Partners, who also owns Stila Cosmetics, this line of products includes foundations, bronzers, mascara, eyeliner and lipstick. This line is sold throughout the United States and Canada.

Jane Cosmetics are sold in Rite Aid Drug Stores across the United States, in the cosmetics section. In addition, certain Walmart, Kmart, Duane Reade and Meijer stores carry Jane Cosmetics.
