MAC Pro cosmetics is reserved for professional makeup artists or students currently enrolled in beauty schools. The benefits of MAC pro cosmetics are numerous including discounts on MAC makeup products, ability to attend MAC master classes, and access to the MAC Pro cosmetics websites with video and text tutorials.

MAC cosmetics pro membership is only available to professional artists or students in beauty school. You will have to provide documentation of one or the other. In the professional artists category MAC Pro cosmetics will accept makeup artists, aestheticians, cosmetologists, photographers, models, hairstylists, nail technicians, performers/on-air talents, fashion stylists or costume designers. You simply need current documentation to prove it to MAC. This documentation could include current licensing papers, business card with name and specific profession, contracts on production company letter head, crew/call list, or other forms of identification listed on their application.
